Refund policy

1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY:

- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

- Items marked as final sale

- Personalised or customised items

- Products which have been used by customer

3. RETURNS PROCESS:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@socialkids.au to obtain a Return authorisation number.

- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

- Include photo(s) of item(s) to be returned.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

4. REFUND PROCESSING:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. EXCHANGES:

- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team info@socialkids.au.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

NOTE: Social Kids reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or are not authorised through our customer service team.
