SHIPPING:

AUSTRALIA –

Social Kids ships throughout Australia where delivery services are offered by Australia Post.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For orders up to 500g weight total - we offer a Standard Shipping rate of $12.95 for AUS orders.

Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days for your order to arrive.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: $15 for orders up to 500g weight total for AUS orders.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.

Your parcel will be dispatched within 2 business days via Australia Post.

You will receive an Australia Post tracking code upon dispatch which you can track and follow up through Australia Post.

NEW ZEALAND –

International shipping to New Zealand is between 5-10 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING:

All of our products are subject to availability.

In the unfortunate event that an item is not available, Social Kids will contact you immediately and give you the option of selecting an alternate size, item or credit note.

Your order will be processed and dispatched between 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

You will receive an email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct.

All orders are shipped from Social Kids located in Sydney, Australia.

Please note that all product prices indicated, freight; and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars. All prices include GST (AU customers).
